About Me
Hi there! My name is Donna and I am a baker and cake decorator in the Southern California area. My background includes classes in baking and patisserie as well as cake decorating. I also enjoy teaching the fundamentals of baking to high school students who hold an interest in baking from scratch. One of my favorite enjoyments is holding group demonstrations in homes for adults and children, demonstrating anything from dipped strawberries to decorating cookies and cakes.
I have been making cakes and confections for many years. I would like to welcome you to my site and thank you for looking at all of my cake and confection creations.
Everything that I make is from scratch using the best quality ingredients. Absolutely everything is edible on all that you see in my photos.
