Teacher Birthday Chalkboard
A chalkboard cake for teacher. This cake has edible chalk, eraser, apple magnets, pencil, and ruler. I sculpted each of these items by hand using fondant and gumpaste. The teacher really loved this cake!
1950's Birthday Party - FIRST PLACE WINNER!!!!
This is a 1950's Poodle Skirt Dress took first prize in a decorating contest! I made this for a little girl who had her birthday party at a 1950's dinner theater. She loves the movie "Grease" and the color blue...so this is what I came up with. Everything you see here is completely edible including the saddle shoe, record, and floor!

This child-like shark was hand sculpted. Everything is edible including his fins! He has a very mature taste being made with a vanilla Genoise Sponge and Vanilla French Buttercream. Perfect for a child's birthday.
Sesame Street's Abby Cadabby
This little fairy friend from Sesame Street was made as a smash cake for a one year birthday party for a precious baby girl. All of Abby's accents are made from fondant and gumpaste. Her magic wand, wing, and gift box are also made of gumpaste.
Marine Birthday
This cake was made especially for a Marine. Everything is hand crafted from the edible painted gold rope to the sculpted emblem. This cake was special.
The Biggest Birthday Cupcake
This has to be the biggest cupcake ever! Made for my daughter, it is even filled with cream filling and a giant fondant bow with squiggles.

R2-D2
This R2-D2 has special arms made of rice cereal treats. They were made and sculpted just perfectly to fit his robot body. I gave him edible fondant details painted with edible silver and also edible red-painted wires. All other details are also fondant.
Roller Party!
This little girl had her party at a roller skating rink. What better way to celebrate than having an edible cake skate! Although these wheels are not real, they are edible and made of rice cereal treats. All accents including butterflies and edible wood board are all fondant.

Just a simple Devil's food chocolate cake with lovely flowers for a party.
A Bunny Birthday
Although a little difficult to see, this bunny was sculped to look just like a bunny-piggy bank toy. All fondant carrots and a sign made of royal icing.
Football!
This square sheet cake has a real life-size football cake on top! All accents are fondant and gumpaste, including the goal posts!
Football Cake Figure
This little football player is made out of gumpaste and fondant. His bench is made as well and is painted with edible coloring gel.
